nLicense:

nLicense is a project we have under development that will allow developers to outsource licensing of their applications to the cloud.  Our service will support various licensing scenarios, which you can customize & validate from to make sure your applications are being used appropriately by your clients.  Our current plan is to release this as a service, and not an open source library.
